Christina Nunes represented me when I bought a condo in Ottawa in November 2025. From the first time we were in contact until after my purchase was firm, Christina could not have been more professional, helpful, and thoughtful.

Once I had set out the parameters of what I was looking for, Christina sent me an extensive file of listings to look at, and she updated it regularly. I had questions as to whether some properties allowed pets (it wasn’t always clear), and she quickly checked all the listings I was interested in.

Once I had drawn up a short-list of properties, Christina set up an efficient tour, as I was living out of Ottawa. When I decided to make an offer on one, she explained the ins and outs of the process thoroughly and clearly. It had been a while since I bought a house, and I appreciated her guidance through the offer and counter-offer process. She set out pros and cons at each point, and the result could not have been better.

Christina has been nothing but helpful and prompt — seven days a week, morning and night — in her dealings with me and the others involved: the seller’s representative, the building inspector, my lawyer. As far as I’m concerned, buying the condo was pretty straightforward — finding, offering, and buying — because Christina took care of everything else. Buying this condo was a really enjoyable and stress-free experience because Christina made it easy and seamless. I’m really delighted with the result, and I can’t recommend Christina Nunes highly enough!
